Just a few suggested very minor editorials looking again at 2.6

Line 604 suggest reword to:
change
"implementer to be implemented with in their namespaces."
to
"implementer or profile to be defined with in their namespaces. "

Same line 616

Change 609,610 from
"codes. Further details should be given in the result message instructing
the user to provide information to the relevant administrator."
to:
"codes. Further details should be given in the result message for the user
which may be passed on to the relevant administrator."

Line 612 (move failed earlier in line as follows
"Locating the identified key failed (e.g. look up failed in directory or in
local key file)."
