this means currently: http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-id/ which
at the moment is represented by:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/REC-xml-id-20050909/ , right?

these seem to be the only places, where a plain ID is defined.
I guess that ObjID, RequestID and the like are not candidates.
