Subject: Adoption of xml:id

Dear all,

we should mention and encourage the use of "xml:id" 
http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-xml-id-20040407/ in the OASIS-DSS core.

This could be done best in section 2.4.1 Type DocumentBaseType 
SchemaRefs and section 2.8.5 Optional Input <Schemas> of the core.
