subsequent discussion with Konrad.

06-07-10-03: [Chairman] to propose a procedure on how critical (unresolved) issue are to be carried forward to the next version of the specification. 

06-07-10-04: [Konrad and Carlos] to have an off line discussion to try and resolve some of Carlos outstanding issues and to proposed placing the issues into 

one of two categories. 
 
06-07-10-05: [Chairman] to organise Focus meeting proposed for next week to discuss any outstanding issues with regard to outstanding comment.

06-07-10-06: [Chairman] to contact Stefan to ask him to update the text based on the agreed changes so far.

06-07-10-07: [Chairman] to circulate a deadline for when comments are to be received.
