We discussed the best approach to carrying forward issues not addressed in
the current release of the core to the next version of the specification
(action 06-07-10-03), and propose that the chairs open up a new document in
which we will record all the outstanding issues.  This can then be used as
the starting point for planning new activities of the DSS.
