DSS Deadlines

I give below the deadlines over the next month or so for getting the current
DSS documents formally agreed and resolve IPR questions.

Nick

1)	8th Jan or 22 Jan absolute latest: Final agreement on DSS Specs
2)	30 Jan: Documents ready for DSS ballot including Checks on DSS
schema
3)	1- 7 Feb: Ballot on DSS Documents to Committee Spec (7 days)
4)	1- 7 Feb: Ballot on DSS Documents presented to OASIS for ballot as
OASIS Spec, (7 days)
5)	1- 7 Feb: Preparation of information etc for ballot as OASIS Spec (3
use statements required)
6)	Documents submitted for ballot 14th Feb
7)	16 March - 31 March Ballot on DSS OASIS Specs (15% member support
required)
8)	1 Feb - 14 Feb IPR Ballot
9)	If IPR ballot succeeds: new IPR policy adopted 28 Feb
10)	 If IPR ballot fails: 19 Feb Meeting to discuss IPR re-ballot
11)	 If IPR ballot fails: 22 March - 5 April new ballot, adopted 29 Apr
12)	 Cut off date TC to operate under new IPR Policy 15 April 07 ???
