Nick and all,

I have the following question regarding OASIS IPR policies:
 
"What is the potential impact that would result from changing the terms of a
TC from the current IPR policy (old policy) to one of the new alternate mode
for any intellectual property rights that may have been submitted to a TC
while it was operating under the old policy?"

This question is also relevant in relation to new version of specifications
generated under the new policy which were created and possibly released
under the old IPR policy.
