Konrad,

This patent of ARX is still pending.
However I do not see how it relates to the work of this TC.
This patent application does not claim anything about the protocol used
to interface between a client and a signature server.
In any case and to prevent any doubts as to my and ARX's motives I
hereby declare that ARX does not intend to exploit its future
contributions to this TC in any commercial way, and we do not intend to
make any claims against anyone who implements DSS now or in the future
just because of the protocol they use.
