UDEF and VCOR material

Once again, thank you to everyone on the call. This is great work to be 
engaged in. Here are the references to VCOR and UDEF.

and a useful demonstration of the UDEF concept, albeit with the UDEF 
ID's in the instance documents (a STRICT NO-NO).... For demonstration 
purposes we could get away with it.

Use the two documents in the zip file (one is xCBL Purchase Order, the 
other OAGIS 7 Purchase Order). Both have the UDEF ID's enabled.
