Monica, I'm definately looking for help from everyone in discussing the model and resolving this. That's why I raised this - if I had all the answers - I'd be posting them! Right now I've got one solid example - I figured solve that - then apply the method to other scenarios. I'm more than willing for other people to pitch in here and suggest stuff - but the KEY is we need to do that prototyping and brainstorming.
