On 13 Feb 2004, I sent the draft Requirements Objectives white paper to 
everyone for review. We had worked through our work items, with some 
discussions resulting in tentative proposals for resolution at the F2F. 
This white paper was a result of that three-day marathon.

I would encourage your thoughts and corrections/suggestions/changes. 
Once we have feedback, I would request we consider the result as a 
baseline for v2.0 which is supported by the current work item list and 
priorities.

Feedback and comments welcome. I have received and integrated comments 
from Dale Moberg and Sally St. Amand. I would encourage the team to 
consider this for closure in line with our first round of work item 
closures (through mid-March 2004). Thanks.
