Everyone, on the vote to change the time, we had 13 voting members with 
the following results below.  There were 9 of 13 yes votes [1].

[1] In addition, one voted no, but asked if we could try 9 a.m. PST 
rather than 8 a.m. PST. The 'other' votes were recommendations 
associated with the time change. For example, a 10 a.m. PST was 
suggested and another party that voted 'no', asked we consider a bit 
later because it is rush hour in Europe.

I propose we start 8 March 2004 at 8 a.m. PST and decide at that time if 
that works (or for example, 9 a.m. PST works better for our folks in 
Europe). Please share your thoughts via email. We can discuss this at 
the meeting 8 March 2004 as well.
