Everyone,
Four ballots are open on existing related Work Items on Kavi, so I 
encourage those voting members to review the summaries and references, 
and vote prior to vote close at 5 p.m. Monday, 22 March 2004 (PST).  
Note that the voting text and references are not as detailed as the 
discussions and technical details, but represent a summary of the 
discussion and resolve. We do have an editor, JJ Dubray, and a very 
adept schema guru, Martin Roberts, who can assist in representing our 
agreements in the technical specification and schema. 

If you have questions about the ballots, lack any clarity of their 
question-resolve-your action, please contact Dale Moberg or myself. You 
can, as always, bring your questions to the meeting 8 a.m. PST, Monday 
22 March 2004 which will also still allow you time to vote.  In order to 
move the ballots forward, a quorum is required.

Again, I encourage your questions if any information is unclear, needs 
more detail or other actions are required.  Get out the vote!
