Last week in Bonn, there was a very interesting brief by Rudy Bauer from 
TBG14 on a maritime transport effort that includes regulatory, logistic 
and transport parameters and constraints. It also effectively shows 
potential integration points between the private and collaboration 
processes. I encourage you to look this brief over (see UML diagrams). 
This was a broader scoped brief that included Common Business Process 
Catalog, AIAG modeling project update (not included in brief), and the 
maritime transport.

JJ and Anders, this might be a reference point as we look at regulatory 
(or mandatory legal) constraint and private process integration (that 
may affect, touch on WI-12). Thanks.
