[ebBP] 11/2/2004: Request for Winter TC Call Time Change

I've had a few requests to change the Monday morning call times.

    * Current time: 8 a.m. PST each Monday
    * Proposed times:
          o Leave as is.
          o Do one hour earlier (7 or 7:30 a.m. PST)
          o Do one hour later (9 a.m. PST)

I would request some feedback from the team. I have several that liked 
the earlier call time (Webber, Schlegel, St. Amand, Yunker) or later 
(Dubray)
