After successfully completing the 60-day public review for ebBP v2.0.1,
the ebXML Business Process TC has opened a minor 15-day public review
that 3 February 2006 and continues until 18 February 2006. We welcome
your comments on the approved v2.0.2 ebBP Committee Draft packages prior
to review close. The ebBP packages are listed on our public TC page at:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=ebxml-bp.

The TC addressed the comments received while also concentrating on
interested user communities in local governments, health care, textiles,
transport and high technology. As a result of the 60-day Public Review
and inputs from the Universal Business Language TC (Small Business
Subset team), we've enhanced the capability to provide additional
document references external to a business process definition. The
v2.0.2 packages also include additional guidance on recursive or
optional activities, enhanced transforms are provided for updates from
v1.05 to v2.0.x, and the packages and other documents reflect our
continued emphasis on our current or potential user communities.

    Notice of 15-day public review:

b. Our three new examples of process definitions for:
  - CPPA negotiation (Thanks to Dale Moberg and Hima Mukkamala)
  - UBL or UBL SBS v1.0 process definitions: Features modular
definitions and use of new document reference function.
Also includes CPPA package (Thanks to Stephen Green and Sacha
Schlegel who progressed the work of Dale Hemopo).
  - Dutch government criminal justice instances and use case document
(Thanks to Gerald Slot and Pim vanderEijk)

In addition, a draft editor has been published, called freebxmlbp.
Special thanks to Dr. Asuman Dogac and her
team from Middle East Technical University (METU) for their European
Commission projects.

In line with OASIS TC process, you are encouraged to provide any
comment, via the "Send a Comment" button on our public web site at:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=ebxml-bp).
Thank you for your support and interest in ebBP moving to Committee
Specification
and OASIS standard. Again, the minor Public Review concludes 18 February
2006.
