ebBP 4/11/2006: v2.0.3 Committee Draft Packages Available

The approved v2.0.3 ebBP packages have been posted and will be provided 
to OASIS today with a request to initiate the Committee Specification 
vote.  A reminder that:

    * The v2.0.3 Committee Draft and initiation of CS votes concluded
      successfully 24 March 2006.
          o OASIS administers the vote, and a 2/3 majority is required.
