Here is an updated Message Content.  I've incorporated our discussion
yesterday as well as some pointers from today's conference call.

A question:  Do you think we can single out the initiating Offer, and
makes it a special transaction within your CPPA Simple Negotiation
Model?  Because the initiating Offer is slightly different from
subsequence Offer and Counter Offer, where NDD and initial CPA are sent,
and no "delta description" is needed.
