I have reviewed the offer/counter-offer protocol discussions on our listserver Mar. 4-17. I have attached a digest of what I got out of the discussion. It also includes a few related matters.

Please review this digest and comment. Please indicate if there are any conflicts with Hima's BPSS instance or Brian's "Negotiation Business Process Model" writeup. We can also discuss on the call tomorrow. After waiting a few days for comments, I plan to add this material to my growing draft specification.
