[ebxml-cppa-negot] conference call today

I was the only attendee at today's conference call.  Therefore, there are
no minutes.

I will use the time to move the next draft forward.  I expect to distribute
it before my close of business Friday, with a small and decreasing
probability of getting it out today.  The new draft will be accompanied by
an updated futures document and a list of any open matters that cannot be
easily documented with comments within the draft.
