Hi everyone

A small suggestion to the NCPA of Appendix C:

<tp:PartyId
tp:type="urn:oasis:names:tc:ebxml-cppa:partyid-type:duns">123456789</tp:PartyId>

Both PartyId's have the same duns value: 123456789

I suggest to have one party with value 123456789 and the other with
987654321
