Imput for the ebXML CPA negotiation specification

Thanks to Karthas effort the ebXML CPA negotiation is getting some more
attention again.

Steve, I remember well, that your Australian bizdex project [1] also has
the agreement formation phase (part of phase 4) after the retrieval and
discovery phase (phase 3) where, in the sense of ebXML, two
Collaboration Protocol Profiles are formed to an Collaboration Protocol
Agreement.

I am sure you have valuble experiences of the agreement formation
process (maybe even including some form of agreement negotiation) which
could be valuble input for the CPA negotiation Technical Subcommittee.

The ebXML CPA negotiation Subcommittee has bi-weekly phone conferences. 

If you, or someone from the bizdex project, would have the time to
present us your success', problems and suggestions of the CPA
formation/negotiation, it would be a highly regarded.
