[ebxml-cppa] CPPA voting

CPPA TC:

Just a reminder that voting on the CPPA spec ends on 31 October. CPPA is 
still a few votes shy of being approved, but close enough that if all of 
the companies participating in the TC were to vote it would pass. You 
can see who have voted so far by checking the archive at 
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tc-voting/ (look for votes starting 
30 September). It takes affirmative votes of 10% of OASIS members to 
pass, and there are 230 eligible organizations, so at least 23 votes are 
needed.

So, everyone please contact the voting reps for your companies and 
remind them to cast your company's ballot.
