Subject: RE: [egov-services] FW: OASIS E-GOV TC - DELIVERABLES

Diane,

I've compiled a list of health services from several sources including the
CDC (national level) and the State of California Health Services (local
level). Below is a partial list of these services including process,
information, publications, software, and others (i.e. HealthComm and online
library). Note that:

- Section 1 is a partial list of the CDC services
- Section 2 is a fairly complete list of the State of California Services.
- Section 3 lists some services from my own wish-list.

I have contemplated applying the template for these services but I wasn't
sure on the definition of the template elements (Folder, Financial, Docs,
Parties, Lines, Items) and the eight headings (	Service, Service
interaction, Subjects (actors), Locations, Identifiers, Evidence, Outcome,
Rules.) Perhaps there is a glossary defining these terms and providing
examples.

In a particular case, the California Department of Managed Health Care helps
resolve problems with health plans, including issues about medical care,
prescriptions, preventive testing and mental health services, complaint
process and health care rights. A patient's appeal for insurance coverage
involves an independent medical review board, the HMO, and the service
provider (i.e. doctors) and can take up to a year.
