I will be facilitating the meeting discussion over the telephone.  Monica Martin has been kind enough to volunteer to assist me in leading the meeting discussion there on site at the Hilton.

Agenda:
1. Introductions (who is attending?)
2. Review Subcommittee Charter/list of deliverables
3. Each attendee gives a 3 minutes report on their findings on Government Service Sectors:  Health and Law Enforcement
  using the following template as a guide: 
identify Service, Service interaction(s); subjects; locations; identifiers, evidence, outcome rules governing delivery of government services.
4. Spend 45 minutes: developing a strawman template for each deliverable given the committee member findings to date for two government services.
5. meeting summary/wrap -up  What is next?  planned conference calls for every two weeks?

i have been asked to provide a brief concept paper to facilitate discussion in addition to the documents already made available for subcommittee member review/use.  i will complete this concept paper by meeting date and present it as the first attendee speaker to launch the discussion.
