I hereby attach the flash demo proposal from the designer. The goal is 
to have the demo ready in time for the final specification approval.

Proposal: Flash Video for Oasis EKMI Technical Committee

Length of the Video: 4-5 Minutes.
Requirements:
* Must be embeddable in a browser page.
* Must support the latest browsers in multiple Operating Systems.
* Must have a load time of less than 1 minute.

Milestones:
1) October 15 - first version.
2) November 15 - second version.
2) December 15 - final version.

Details:
This proposal details the work that will be undertaken for the development
of the flash video for the Oasis EKMI Technical Committee. A flash video of
approximately 4-5 minutes will be developed with interactivity and good 
quality
graphics (audio narration will be unavailable for this version).

The flash video will have the following content in order:
1) Need for Symmetric Key Management. (30 secs)
2) Introduction to Oasis EKMI Technical Committee. (30 secs)
3) EKMI in detail. (3 minutes)
4) Quotes from prominent TC participants. (30 secs)
