Reviewing the schema documentation.

It would be helpful to tie the schemas back to the specification and show a catalogu of what parts of the election process each belong. EML-catalogue.html or similar overall view may help organize this.

Another helpful item would be a process view (possibly a BPSS diagram?) showing the activities and what transactions result or are exchanged and how they relate.

Care should be taken to avoid watermarks from vendor tools appearing in specifications and schema diagrams and instances(especially where the vendor is not even an OASIS member company!).
