Anwar Choudhury elected new Technical Chair of Election and VoterServices Committee

Congratulations to Anwar Choudhury, who has received 11 votes.  There are
20 potential voters, no one else received any votes.  He will be succeeding
Greg McElvray, whose leadership was instrumental in starting the committee,
and who will still play a pivotal role on the committee.
