I would really like to see this, if it's not too much trouble to find.

OSI buy-in can be a big deal and the director of my sponsoring 
organization (Bob Glushko of the CDE) now sits on OASIS' board. 
Also, this would be a good thing to bring up in a class I'm TA'ing 
this semester on open source (the professors are my advisor, Pam 
Samuelson, Steve Weber and Mitch Kapor):
