Looks good.

Two thoughts - 

1) internet connections - may be easier to just create our own wireless net and use certificates to access it.  Primarily cost issue - think they may charge a bundle for the internet lines - so have one each maybe prohibitive.

2) ballot questions - I guess we don't have anything on that yet - although since we know the audience - perhaps we could mock something up for the organizers?
