The public review period of the EAC's draft Guidelines has now closed and all the comments received are available on-line. The link below, sorry about its length, gives all those relating to the use of EML. Overwhelmingly there is support for strengthening the draft wording about the use of EML to make it more "should" rather than "shall" or even "mandatory".Maybe, just maybe, if the EAC follow the due democratic process and listen to the voice of the American public we might get a big foothold into USA elections. On the other hand.........Watch this space for news on the final version of the Guidelines.Regards
