Here is the example of media in California actually displaying live voting
results to their news web site throughout the election day using EML XML
data feeds from CA SoS service.  XML is automatically generated from CA SoS
database using SQL Query to collect desired information.

ZIP contains screen shot of media news site and sample EML XML files and
xslt.
