Abstract: This latest version of EML v6.0 incorpoarates a number of comments and suggestions for changes arising out of the first Public Review.  They include correcting a number of inconsistencies in the XML schemas, accommodating new requirements for USA based elections and providing a data model to support and explain EML.
TC Description: The Election and Voter Services Technical Committee's objective is to standardize election and voter services information using XML. The committee is focused on delivering a reliable, accurate and trusted XML specification (Election Markup Language (EML)) for the structured interchange of data among hardware, software and service vendors who provide election systems and services.
