Thanks for the reminder.  I'm now puzzled at the timing.  From the
announcement of the review period, sent 18 Aug:

 "The public review starts today, 18 August 2011 and ends 14 September 2011."

that isn't 30 days....

What time of day (in what timezone) does it close?
