The document named Canadian Profile of CAP (CAP-CP) Rules (CAP-CP Intro

Document Description:
This is one of three documents which define the Canadian Profile of CAP.
The other two are specific to event and location references. The three
documents are managed independent of one another. The event and location
references are expected to be managed as Canadian rather than CAP-CP
references, and used with other specifications and for other purposes than
CAP-CP, as well as CAP-CP.
