Greg, I am quite certain that there can be no change to the cover page of the OASIS document. The OASIS Document work products must all look alike. They provide the "template" for the document work product which includes the details down to the font for the candidate specification. I don't think they will allow those things to change. The Australian Event Code list will be included as a second Attachment to the parent CAP-AU-STD document and I have used the cover page from that document to provide this design that I am asking to be inserted into the CAP-AU Profile document.
