A simple change
suggestion:
As used in this document refers to a collection of rules which
are applied to the use of the CAP-v1.2 Specification, and which impose usage
requirements that are beyond those of the Reference Standard, while remaining
conformant to it.

Subject: [emergency-cap-profiles] Rule Set Definition
Per our call today, the rule set definition is the only item not resolved in
the Section 1.0.
As currently in the document:
Rule Set - As used in this document refers to a collection of rules which
are applied to the use of the CAP-v1.2 Specification, which impose usage
requirements beyond those of the Reference Standard, but also remain in
compliance with the Reference Standard.
We agreed
the term "reference standard" should be replaced
the term compliance should be replaced with some form of the word conformant
may want to have two sentences.
A suggested change:
Rule Set - As used in this document refers to a collection of rules which
are applied to and which impose usage requirements beyond the CAP v1.2
Specification while remaining conformant to the Specification.
Please respond with any wording you prefer.
Thanks, Elysa
