Subject: Groups - EDXL-DE-2.0-v04-IssuesList_ModsInProgress (EDXL-DE-2.0-v04-IssuesList_ModsInProgress.xls) uploaded

The following updated DE 2.0 Issues list (version 4) represents the latest
update on the editing process which is designed to generate a draft 2.0
specification in accordance with the resolution of issues made at the
face-2-face (the resolution of each item in the spreadsheet was documented
in column "I"). The status of the edits to implement the resolutions is
noted in column E where grey means the edit has been made, yellow indicates
the item implies a change as needed to the geo-oasis:Where profile, and red
indicates the issue still needs some discussion. We'll proceed through
each item at the next InfraStructure Subcommittee meeting and approve or
modify as needed. Thanks.
