Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (EMIX-2) 2.2.2 - Intrinsicelements
[ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/EMIX-2?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=19988#action_19988 ] Edward Cazalet commented on EMIX-2: ------------------------------------ The commenter is correct in that the model does not explicitly support bid curves such as currently in use in ISO/RTOs. A bid curve is a set of bids (or offers) to buy or sell a quantity of energy at a price. For a generator the bids describe a curve with monotonically increasing price for each segment of the bid curve. One can think of the bid curve simply as a set of bids/offers each described by the emix price information model. The CIM model provides an example we can perhaps follow.
