Is OGC GML based? It would seem that way

controversial parts of EMIX (meaning comment generating) is that among
other things, a price node can be swapped for a geographic area. This allows a
message to change from “Your price (at your meter) will go up 50% this
afternoon” to “the price will go up for everyone in The OGC is directly
engaged in the Emergency Communications groups in OASIS. See the note below.
Perhaps we should be using this profile instead of KML. I must confess, that I
