Thanks for helping get the CD 118/46/CD out with responses in time for the Korea plenary.
I understand that pursuant to the terms of the OASIS-IEC PC118 liaison agreement these comments are available for reuse freely by the OASIS Energy InteroperationTechnical Committee so we can address the comments, increase understanding, and improve the specification.
To do that I will be forwarding 46_CC_118_46_CD to the TC comment list Wednesday morning. That will have the effect of confirming that the comments are available without IPR restrictions for that technical work including initial responses for the Korea plenary.
