        Corrected Committee Specification Draft and all accompanying documents for TC approval.  
Corrected Draft Spec. Changes were made as follows with no changes to other docs in the package:  

References to CareLex copyright have been removed.
Corrected OASIS name to read in all caps.
Page 1: Added description for the Abstract.
Page 1: Omitted ?Model? and added ?Specification? from title of the Specification document.
Section 1.2 & 1.3: Omitted boiler plate text and moved 'References' listed in Section 8 to Sections 1.2 and 1.3. Also deleted Section 8 which was formerly References.
Section 5.3.1:  Fixed broken link
Section 7:  Removed? #? from the title.
Revision History (formerly Appendix C) moved to last section of document and titled Appendix D.
