One of the differences between OASIS Discussion List and YahooGroups is the 'Reply To' Address for these emails goes directly to the author (not to the group)...Anyway, here's the response....

       -referent: source (cultural, contextual, memory)
        -type: connotative/denotative/rhetorical (trope)
        -intensity: qualitative, boolean, relative, scale
