On my observation, I would say our file is a
bit outdated (does not match the prototype XML Draft Schema created by
Len). However, it's the closest thing to a formal list of our domain I
could dig up (yes, a lot of stuff is buried away).
Let's make sure during Phase 1 we are
consistently with the intention of developing formal lists from the
start.
