Windows 2000 and Accessibility

Have any of you tried the Windows2000 accessibility options?
I just stumbled across the Narrator.  Now here is a utility 
in dire need of some HumanML features.  It is fascinating 
to listen to it read the mail.  For example:

UBL is "ubble"

HumanML is "Human millilitres"

and so on.  Well, it's a start. :-)

Oh, it sees the smiley and pronounces 
it "smiley face".  Gotta love it.
