I sent you nothing like that. So dump it like a bad habit. This is probably from a virus or worm that is propagating itself through address books in email clients of people/entities who open unsolicited attachments. I am copying the oasis list because it might have gone there too.

I am still working on several grant apps/proposals. I was in an all-day meeting today and will be tomorrow, too. I wonder why i haven't gotten the dod small biz thing, since i am on the sbir/sttr mailing list, but who knows where uncle sugar is concerned, eh?

I will be back to working on Humanmarkup stuff this weekend, hopefully with some report on how web services are going and where we fit into that work, where we figure greatly.
