I would recommend announcing our ICOM committee draft spec to the
ONTOLOG (aka "Ontolog Forum) community, whom we have been having a
collaborative relationship.

Relevance to ICOM: ONTOLOG (a.k.a. "Ontolog Forum") is an open,
international, virtual community of practice devoted to advancing the
field of ontology, ontological engineering and semantic technology,
and advocating their adoption into mainstream applications and
international standards. It has about 800 members, a broader reach to
about 2000 in its extended community, with a site with a
body-of-knowledge that gets more than 400 thousand hits a month.
