  The template refers to 'identity management categories'

"A listing of the Identity Management categories covered by the use case 
(as identified in section XXX) "

Are we working from a defined list?

Separately,

1) presumably the 'Dependencies' bullet should be 'escalated' in the 
structure?

2) is the Process Flow meant to be graphical or textual?
