Subject: RE: Plumtree Presentation to xmlCoP?
Ross, the number that Mark Robbins has provided for the xmlCoP meeting tomorrow is 800-320-4330 and the pass code is 288142
For our telecon on December 22, my direct voice line is 202-208-5439
It looks like I'll be participating in the OASIS BCM TC telecon on January 10 to discuss prospects for engaging them in specification of an XSD for strategic plans. To the degree that <Stakeholder> is one of the elements of strategic plans, I hope we can leverage any expertise the HumanML TC may have to share on that and related elements and attributes.

Hi Owen,
Thank you for the offer to attend the meeting on Friday. I'd like to
dial into the 10:30pm part of the presentation to get a sense for what
content is most useful for the group. Could you send me the dial in
information?
The follow up discussion on December 22nd, at 2pmEST/11amPST sounds
ideal. Pete Walsh is expert in our public sector deployments and is
going to join us in the call. Can you send me your contact number?

Ross, I understand Rex plans to dial into our joint meeting on Friday with
the CDT-FG at DHS. If you or any of your other colleagues would like to do
so as well, it might give you a better sense of our objectives. See the
agenda at http://xml.gov/agenda/20041217.htm
One of the challenges we are all (.gov folks as well as vendors) facing is
how to make the transition from proprietary product-based "solutions" to
standards-compliant, XML-enabled, service-oriented *components*. I hope
the ET.gov site/process can help to facilitate the transition. See
http://xml.gov/cop.asp#et See also our charter:
http://xml.gov/documents/completed/charter.htm
If and, hopefully, when the ET.gov site is up and running, an XSD for
strategic plans is the very first component of the data type that I
personally plan to propose. See
http://www.xml.gov/draft/AIIMProjectProposalXSDforStrategicPlans.htm
Carl Mattocks has expressed the interest of OASIS' BCM TC to participate in
specifying such a schema, but it is still unclear to me whether their
interests and my own are a match in that regard.
At this point, my schedule is fairly open on December 22. I have
penciled in a telecon with you for 2:00 EST on that date.
