ITU-T Discussion

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/liaison_policy.php#submitwork

Quick outline of some of the requirements

-          OASIS organized public interop event (discussed past OSIS events sponsored by OASIS)

-          Member section makes submission, not TC

Errata/subsequent version discussed in section 5

Needs further review and study, particularly as policy makes references to policies at receiving organization, interaction would need to be understood better.

Chairs

Confirmed with OASIS staff that if a co-chair  were to step down we do not need OASIS staff to run an election

Electronic ballot is not required, it is an option if there is more than one candidate, but we can set it up ourselves

Simply need to make sure that a successful candidate for the seat receives >50% of votes based on full majority

Next call is Oct 1st

6. Adjournment
